HVT is sharing research insights and convening debate with policy makers, transport and climate change experts at COP28 in Dubai, with a focus on a just-transition to achieving greener, resilient transport. 

We will have a strong focus on driving access for low- and middle-income countries to climate finance, particularly in light of the expected plans for the loss and damage fund to support vulnerable countries hit hardest by climate change. We will also be highlighting the latest research and approaches for adapting transport to the pressures of climate change, and striving for inclusive, low-carbon transport.
