This is a reminder that the deadline for submission of Project Concept Notes is 17:00 (BST), Monday 8 June 2020. Proposals received after this time and date will not be accepted.
To make sure your Project Concept Note is eligible, please ensure:
- You use the Project Concept Note template (under current tenders).
- Your PCN does not exceed the maximum of four (4) pages in length. Proposals greater than this length will not be accepted.
- You closely consult the clarifications that have been issued so far on this Call and take them into consideration. You can find the list of issued clarifications under current tenders here.
- Applicants are free to submit multiple PCNs (for difference projects) under more than one lot. However, each PCN will need to refer to a single lot only by indicating the relevant lot in the PCN template.
Be aware that questions about the Call can be posed until 17:00 (BST), Thursday, 4 June 2020 to recap.procurement@cardno.com and HVTprocurement@imcworldwide.com.
If any, the final set of clarifications responses will be disseminated on Friday, 5 June 2020!!
